Introducing The Bulletin & Greek Arugula Salad
The Pizza Press Blog is excited to announce new Summer additions to our menu! We are offering The Bulletin and our new Greek Arugula Salad- both refreshing and light, these are the perfect pair to celebrate the season!
Everyone’s favorite limited edition pizza is back! We are happy to announce the return of The Bulletin pizza- it’s sweet, savory, tangy, chewy and crispy, all at the same time!
It starts with a base of extra virgin olive oil that we top with grilled onions cooked in-house. Next comes a rich blend of mozzarella, cheddar and gouda cheeses to which we add a generous amount of mouth-watering pulled pork. Finally, it’s all topped off with Cole Slaw made from scratch and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce.
The Bulletin has always been a crowd pleaser at The Pizza Press, so it was a no-brainer to launch it again this summer. If you haven’t tried it before, you should – if you’re not in the mood for pulled pork, try substituting our freshly chopped Chicken or simply just having the coleslaw as your final topping! It’ll be a huge hit any way you do it. Come by and enjoy some before it’s gone!
The Greek Arugula Salad:
The new Greek Arugula salad is a delicious blend of Mediterranean flavors. It starts with a bed of fresh wild Arugula and chopped grilled chicken breast.
Next we add juicy grape tomatoes and freshly prepared red onion and green bell pepper, followed by tangy Kalamata olives and Feta cheese. Finally, we finish it all off with tasty greek dressing.
It’s light, healthy fare with a ton of flavor!
The inspiration behind our new Greek Arugula Salad? Our Vendor Relations Manager Gil Perez says, “Our Market Salads have been a huge hit and we wanted to bring out something of the same high quality with its own twist. We’ve created the Greek Arugula Salad to be just that!”
