WHATS ON TAP –

Beers currently on tap at The Pizza Press in Orange
2. Mangö
Kölsch
Crunkle Sam, tired of being a mere anomaly as a most refreshing summertime Barleywine, targeted a German beer style and bastardized it. He had us brew a traditional Kolsch, but made us add sweet orange peel and all natural mango flavor. Warning: This beer is NOT Reinheitsgebot!
3. Hoppy English Red Ale
Red Ale – American Amber / Red
4. Odd Job
Pale Ale – American
5. Surf City Pale Ale
Pale Ale – American
6. El Chango
Lager – North American Adjunct
7. Pilsener
Pilsner – Czech
Elegantly simple and enjoyably crisp. Pilsener’s clean and easy-drinking with a light, spicy hop bite. Kick back, relax and pop open an instant classic.
8. Single Rye IPA (Citra)
Rye Beer
9. Lomaland
Saison / Farmhouse Ale
You know the deal with the name ‘Modern Times’? It was an experimental utopian community that lived a brief, brilliantly crazy life in the mid-19th Century. Totally by chance, our brewery is located in the San Diego neighborhood of Point Loma, which was founded as a Theosophical utopian community called “Lomaland” in 1900. So that’s a thing. This beer tastes like friendly, sophisticated sunshine. It’s a Belgian-style farmhouse ale.
10. Tangerine Express IPA
IPA – American
This ain’t no just-add-juice approach. This one is for adults. We use bountiful whole tangerine purée, which brings pithy, crisp bitterness to the citrus flavor. In addition to the complexities of the tangerine — the likes of which you can only get by using the whole fruit — we judiciously employ just a hint of whole pineapple for a backnote (you’d likely not even pick it out of the mix if we didn’t tell you it was there). We’re not looking for a sweet concoction to appease the “I want my beer to taste like fruit juice” crowd. This is Stone. We like our IPAs to taste like IPAs. Big, bold and not for kids.
11. Hop Dumpster
IPA – Imperial / Double
Our first West Coast Double IPA ever!!!! About time…. 9% – 85 IBU – Citra, Amarillo, Chinook, Bravo. Hoppy, bitter, dry, boozy, citrusy, piny, eeeeeeeekkkkk
12. Enemy Within W/Dragon Fruit & Lemon Drop
IPA – American
13. Ginja Ninja
Cider
Tropical and exotic, the Ginja Ninja’s training is complete when raw ginger root collides with Northwest apples to deliver a balance of sweet and spicy.
Ginja Ninja brings together fresh-pressed apples and whole ginger root for a cider that is a balance of sweet and spicy. Northwest apples are selected to compliment the tropical notes found in the ginger root. Much like the apple varieties used in cider making, ginger has a long and storied history. Traded longer than nearly any other spice, raw ginger adds a formidable presence to the profile of the Ginja Ninja.
14. Spezial Pils
Pilsner – German
Inspired by classic European lagers, our entire Brewing Team got together to create this truly collaborative beer that captures the essence of European tradition. The result, Spezial Pils, is our take on a German-style pilsner with a pleasant balance between light, grainy malt and spicy, floral hops. We lager it at freezing temperatures for an extended period to round out its delicate flavors and improve drinkability. The finish is crisp and clean with a pleasant dryness and subtle bitterness. Prost!
15. Knuckle Sandwich
IPA – Imperial / Double
Knuckle Sandwich DIPA is an American Style Double IPA. This is a beer that truly lives up to its name! Brewed with copious amounts of North American hops, this Double IPA has a colossal hop profile and an aggressive aroma. Helping round out the floral and citrus notes is a huge malt backbone that provides a great mouth feel to this heavyweight hitter.
16. Hefeweizen
Hefeweizen
A classic, Bavarian-style wheat beer brewed with a combination of malted wheat and barley, and fermented with a German yeast strain that delivers notes of banana and clove. The brewers skip the filtration step for that nice, cloudy appearance and great, unfiltered flavor.
17. Pico To Mexico
Lager – Pale
19. Pink Bikini
Fruit Beer
20. Cardinal Sin
Red Ale – American Amber / Red
Maris Otter, Victory and Roasted Barley provide the base for this deep red delight.
A true wonder of combining styles, this sinfully delicious red ale will grip you and not want to let you go. Exhibiting sweet notes of caramel and toffee, don’t let the lighter hop aroma fool you.
21. Front Street Lager
Lager – Pale
Our answer to bland imports and domestic lagers. It’s packed with flavor, medium bodied, and pours a deep golden color with a frothy white head. Front Street has a subtle herbal aroma, honey sweetness, and a slight hoppy finish.
22. Peanut Butter Milk Stout
Stout – Milk / Sweet
Our Peanut Butter Milk Stout is simply irresistible. It’s like dark chocolate Reese’s in a glass! Rolled oats and Lactose add to the creamy body of this beer while heavenly aromas of roasted buttery peanuts and chocolate greet you with every sip. Try this out with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a real treat!
Silver Medal – World Beer Championships 2014
23. Hop-O-Matic
IPA – American
From the sharp aromatics of citrusy pine that permeates your nostrils to the hefty malt backbone, Hop-O-Matic will slice and dice its way through your palate! But wait, there’s more! This refreshing India Pale Ale highlights the avid appreciation we have of the finer, bold nuances of our little green friends by imparting a delightfully playful nose and even livelier mouthfeel.
A herbaceously spicy, pungent, and dank brew. This fragrant beer imparts an initial blast of bitterness that gives way to sweet, toasty malts and a zesty citrus profile, then takes it up ten notches with a complex mélange of hops that won’t go down without a fight. What can we say? We’re proud of this one.

Deadpan Pilsner

Delicious and easy drinking, our Deadpan Pilsner is a light-bodied beer, pale straw in appearance with a subtle malt character. This Pilsner carries a signature subtle crisp finish.
Watermelon Dorado
IPA – Imperial / Double
That Orange Wrapper
Stout – American
The Orange Curtain
IPA – American
Our neighbor Angelenos joke about going behind “The Orange Curtain” when they cross the county line — like some Cold War-era spy sneaking into the Soviet Union. We get it. It’s different here in Orange County. But we invite you to cross that line and try what we have to offer, like this India Pale Ale. Dry and crisp, with some Maris Otter malt for a bit of sweetness and a mix of West Coast hops. We trust you will enjoy this great tasting beer and find that it’s not so scary down here behind The Orange Curtain after all.
Hop Juice
IPA – Triple
This hop monster uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. Now dry hopped with Mosaic for great hop aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Triple IPA. This drinkable blend will have you HOPPING till nights end.
New Grist Pilsner Style Beer
Gluten-Free
New Grist is a one-of-a-kind beer brewed without wheat or barley: one of the first beverages of its kind that can be
enjoyed by those on a gluten-free diet. It is the first gluten-free beer to be granted a label approval by the U.S. Government.
Each Batch we brew is tested for its gluten content before it is bottled and shipped. New Grist is brewed from
sorghum, rice, hops, water and gluten-free yeast. These ingredients combine to form a crisp, refreshing session ale
brewed for those with celiac disease, or anyone with an appreciation for great tasting, handmade beer.It pours a brilliant
gold color, with a bubbly head, and light, fruity aroma. The flavor is crisp and refreshing, fruity and smooth. Hints of green
apple slice through the maltiness of the sorghum, making this an extremely quaffable beer.
Pacific Wonderland
Lager – Pale
We’ve always believed the best way to respect tradition is to brew the unexpected. So when we set out to create a sessionable lager befitting of the Pacific Northwest, our sense of exploration led us to this dry-hopped wonder befitting of everyday adventure. Citrusy Tettnang Mandarina hops combine with the crisp, bright character of a traditional lager to deliver a beer that is truly refreshing, and undoubtedly worth sharing.
Brutal India Pale Ale
IPA – American
Dedicated to Justin Fisch, the Shade Man, and the official beer of the Rogue Nation. Brutal combines Oregon hops with English Malts.
The Oregon grown Crystal hop is a triploid variety developed from the German Hallertau aroma hop variety with contributions from Cascade, Brewers Gold, and Early Green. Crystal is the only hop used in brewing Brutal and it provides a massive amount of aroma without dry-hopping. An Imperial bitter with exotic traditional floor malts, citrusy, hoppy flavor, stupendous hop aroma.
